From bank holiday rushes to summer peaks and last minute events, L&M Staffing provides temporary staff for hotels, restaurants, campsites and attractions in and around the UK’s national parks and coastal hotspots. We focus on roles where reliability, speed and integrity matter.
We Supply:
- Front of house: waiting staff, bartenders, baristas, hosts, event crew
- Kitchen: chefs, cooks, kitchen porters, prep staff
- Housekeeping & grounds: room attendants, housekeeping, site assistants.
- Support roles: porters, stewards, cashiers, ticketing, crowd support, car park assistants
How it works:
- Tell us what you need – role, dates, hours, skills and any site specific risks.
- We match and vet – using local workers and our van life network.
- You approve the candidate(s) – we handle onboarding, timesheets and payroll.
- We stay involved – checking in during shifts and resolving issues.

Our story
A husband and wife team with 30+ years experience in hospitality who enjoy travelling in our converted Defender 110, affectionately known as ‘The Landy’.
We know firsthand the challenge of staffing shifts with a depleted team. The lack of onsite accommodation, and in tourist hotspots affordable housing is increasingly scare, leaving venues struggling to replace staff when team members move on or are unavailable. We knew things had to change.
In recent years, work culture has shifted, for many it’s no longer about a traditional career. It’s about freedom, experiences and a life on the road. While not everyone is a digital nomad, many people want the flexibility to choose when and where they work – especially in the beautiful national parks and coastal areas they love.
Our mission is to connect great venues in stunning locations struggling for staff with flexible freedom loving staff who often bring their own accommodation.
